STREET TALK – REUNITED FOR A BRAND NEW ALBUM!In January 2005, exactly one year after the release of the compilation album "Destination", which was supposed to be the final release by Street Talk, main man and keyboard player Fredrik Bergh decided to compose music for a possible new Street Talk studio album. Bergh made the decision to start writing after receiving some amazing feedback from fans around the world who wanted Street Talk to continue! Within a couple of months the music for around 15 songs was written and after speaking to vocalist and writing partner Goran Edman and guitar wiz Sven Larsson the decision was made to revive Street Talk!

At this moment the band is in the studio www.studiosoundcreation.com and so far the drums and bass tracks for 11 songs have been recorded. Next week Sven will start the guitar recordings and once that is finished Edman will begin his work on the vocal parts.

Edman says: I'm really looking forward to the recordings. This time things will have the chance to grow in my own garden so to speak. More time spent on arrangements and time to live with the songs as they develop in my homestudio before the final mix. From experience this have proved to be a good recipe for making a fine stew with XsavioR fresh in mind.

Bergh continues: I’m very excited about working on a brand new album together with those great cats! I’m sure this will be our best album ever as I feel that the material is very strong and the production is going to be absolutely top notch as we're recording the album in the improved Studio Soundcreation.

The line up is the same as on the "Restoration" album: Goran Edman–Vocals, Fredrik Bergh–Keyboards, Sven Larsson–Guitars, Bjorn Lodmark–Bass, Christian Johansson-Drums.

Fredrik Bergh has also been busy lately writing and recording for other artists and is involved in two albums that have been released by MTM Music. The first is the solo project Brunorock from the talented singer and guitarist Bruno Kraler. Fredrik is playing keyboards on a couple of songs and is also involved as a songwriter. Other musicians that participate on this album called "Interaction" are Rachel Bolan (Skid Row) bass and Alex De Rosso (ex.Dokken) guitars. The album was recorded and mixed by Michael Wagener (Ozzy Osbourne, Motley Crue, Metallica)

The second album that Fredrik is guesting on is the all star project called Northern Light which is led by the great Norwegian guitarist Tor Talle. Fredrik has co-written a couple of tracks and is also playing some keys. Other guests on this album are Fergie Frederiksen (Toto) vocals, Tony Mills (Shy) vocals, Peter Sundell (Grand Illusion) vocals and Kimmo Blom (Urban Tale) vocals.

U.D.O. drehen den krassesten Clip ihrer Karriere! Düsteres Licht. Nackte Haut blitzt auf. Aus der Ferne ertönen Peitschenschläge…Es ist eine Welt voller Schmerz, Sex und Gewalt, in die U.D.O. mit ihrem jüngsten Videoclip „Mean Streets“ entführen. Eine Welt, die die Abgründe der Menschheit fahl und düster beleuchtet. Zusammen mit der Produktionsfirma RCN haben U.D.O. in einem alten Nürnberger Schwimmbad den wohl krassesten Clip ihrer Karriere gedreht. Und sind dafür selbst in die Rolle der Schauspieler geschlüpft. Professionell sind Udo Dirkschneider, Stefan Kaufmann und Co. von einem Stuntman dafür extra angelernt worden. Zimperlich ist dabei keiner von ihnen gewesen. Auf dem Foto seht ihr einen aus der Band in seiner Rolle – wer es ist, dürft ihr selbst raten. Derzeit werden drei Versionen des Clips geschnitten – eine „normal krasse“, eine frei ab 18, sowie eine extended Version, in der unzensiert absolut alle Szenen zu sehen sind. Hallo Metalheadz, Armageddon Music hat sich zur Aufgabe gemacht Newcomer zu fördern und aufzubauen und etablierte Acts in ihrer Position zu stärken. In Kooperation mit dem Wacken Open Air wird daher 2005 die WET Stage zum Armageddon Zelt und Bühne werden. Ein Armageddon Stand zusammen mit Metaltix wird die aktuellen Produkte der Bands verkaufen und euch mit Autogrammkarten und Flyer sowie diversen Gimmicks versorgen. Ein Meet & Greet mit den Musikern ist natürlich auch festgeplant. Bands können am Armageddon Stand gerne ihre Demos abgeben und einen Talk mit den Labelmanagern und A&R Leuten führen. Neben den Wacken Metal Battle Gewinnern national Reckless Tide die in den letzten Monaten auch in ihrer Live-Präsentation einen riesen Schritt gemacht haben, werden auch die internationalen Gewinner Vanguard mit ihrem Debutalbum im Gepäck die WET Stage erobern. Mit Contradiction und Suidakra stehen zwei etablierte Newcomer auf der Bühne. Beide Bands haben schon einige Jahre im Underground auf dem Buckel und haben gerade beide ihre aktuellen Outputs über Armageddon Music weltweit releasen können. Wer Contradiction auf der gerade stattgefundenen Tour mit Overkill gesehen hat, weiß wie gut diese Band live ist. Ebenfalls Suidakra konnten auf der Wacken Roadshow mit Label-Kollegen Holy Moses eindrucksvoll beweisen was in ihnen an Potential steckt. Saeko wird ihren ersten großen Auftritt mit eigener Band haben. Nach den Shows mit Doro, wo Saeko mit Orchester auftreten konnte, werden zum Wacken Open Air die elektrischen Gitarren ausgepackt und ein japanisches Feuerwerk wird die WET Stage betreten. Saeko mit ihrer Band aus Musikerinnen aus ihrer Heimat Japan wird unter Beweis stellen, dass Frauen im Metal nicht mehr nur aus Groupies bestehen. Goddess Of Desire – unsere holländischen Metal-Helden im Sinne von Spinal Tap haben ebenfalls eine neue CD im Gepäck – 80er Outfit, 80er Metal, 80er Show…da gibt´s ne Menge für die Augen und Ohren!
